Here is an assortment of photos that I have taken using one of my favorite lo-fi cameras, the Game Boy Camera.
For those who don’t know, the Game Boy Camera was a small digital camera for the Nintendo Game Boy handheld game console. It was designed to take photographs at 128x112-px resolution and 2-bit grayscale. So the pictures you see below are not scaled-down thumbnails; these are the actual photos! This was the first digital camera I ever owned, and, as I said, it is still one of my favourite “lo-fi” cameras.
A few of my earlier pictures go all the way back to the late ’90s or early ’00s, but most are more recent. They are arranged more or less chronologically. (There are several more that I haven’t yet uploaded.)
